Blue Phoenix Yoga is the perfect place to explore the many benefits of yoga. I’m Nancie and I am a certified fitness and yoga instructor based in Bromley, Kent. Yoga has gifted me so much over the past 20 years, not only with a strong body but also a deeper connection where I discovered compassion for myself and others, a greater resiliency and more freedom for my body, mind and soul to flourish. It fills me with joy to be able to share my passion through the path of teaching with you.

My classes range from traditional yoga styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin to New Age flow classes like Les Mills BodyBalance, Spirit and Animal Flow.
